We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Planned Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating planned maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate planned maintenance schedules and activities across facilities
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain high-quality service standards
- Prepare and analyze maintenance reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Mentor and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training

**About You**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of planned and preventative maintenance processes
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Must be an Australian citizen

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a multi-site environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
