**About the Role**

WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced and team orientated Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our Newcastle Branch.

Reporting to the Facilities, Assets & Compliance Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor provides critical support to ensure seamless functioning of facilities and assets to support continuous operations.

This role is accountable for:

- Contractor Supervision of multiple trades
- Contractor management - Inductions verification
- Plant and asset maintenance planning long term
- Security - CCTV and access control reviewing
- Plan day to day site scheduled compliance maintenance
- Oversee MEX maintenance software

**What we're looking for**
- Electrical High Voltage Trade back ground or relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in supervising trade labour
- Asset management experience
- Demonstrated understanding of maintenance procedures and experience in developing maintenance plans
- Excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Microsoft Office skills and experience using Maintenance Planning Software
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritise to meet objectives
- Proven hands on experience in contractor supervision and management
