We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives targeting SME customers and expanding to mid-market, government, enterprise, key verticals, and prospects.

This role involves targeting senior decision-makers, collaborating with sales teams, utilising data and analytics, and crafting personalised campaigns to drive revenue and customer retention. If you're passionate about impactful marketing, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement effective account-based marketing strategies to engage and convert SME customers, with a roadmap to expand initiatives to mid-market, government, enterprise, key verticals, and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target accounts, create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilise our marketing automation platform Hubspot to segment and target specific accounts with personalised content.
- Continuously analyse and report on the performance of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience across all marketing touchpoints

**More About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account-based marketing or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience in expanding marketing strategies to diverse customer segments is a plus
