
Senior Account Based Marketing Lead

Our client is an award-winning global B2B tech enterprise that offers its SAAS martech and fintech solutions to over 100+ million customers across 150+ international regions and growing.
This is quite an exciting opportunity to directly shape growth by leading their account-based marketing program, targeting a new, emerging mid-market. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that engage potential customers at every stage of the buying process.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy tailored to mid-market accounts; align sales and marketing to shared revenue goals.
Campaign Execution
- Create highly personalised campaigns for individual accounts (1:1), campaigns for small groups with similar pain points (1:Few), and mass-market campaigns tailored to specific verticals (1:Many).
- Work in synchronisation across client communication management platforms, including email automation tools, to develop an impactful messaging flow to nurture target accounts from prospecting through opportunity creation stages.
Performance & Analytics
- Define and track KPIs, leveraging Salesforce, Tableau, and Eloqua (or similar) to measure and optimise campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with sales, product marketing, and agencies to deliver at scale; build strong workflows and lead ABM activation end-to-end.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or ABM with proven revenue impact.
- Strong track record in developing ABM strategies (not just execution).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Eloqua (or similar), and analytics/reporting tools.
- Ability to craft targeted campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and multi-channel touchpoints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and agency/vendor collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience in accounting software or B2B fintech, plus familiarity with partner networks.
