We are looking for a Marketing Strategy Executive to lead our global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program.
This role is responsible for developing and overseeing a global, multi-channel ABM strategy that aligns with key B2B segments and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in translating insights from sales and data teams into tailored strategies for priority accounts, and collaborating with marketing and creative partners to ensure relevant messaging throughout the buyer journey.

- Build repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks to support scalability across regions and verticals.
- Test, learn, and iterate to drive continuous performance improvements and boost account engagement at scale.
- Partner with regional field marketing, sales, and BDR teams to align on account selection, campaign timing, and cross-channel activation plans.
- Manage digital campaign planning, creative development, and execution workflows with internal and agency resources—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Ensure digital touchpoints are well coordinated with offline activities led by field marketers to create a cohesive end-user experience.
- Partner with martech, data, and operations teams to maintain and optimize the ABM tech stack—ensuring smooth campaign execution, data accuracy, and platform integration.
- Collaborate with data teams to define and build dashboards that track account-level KPIs, engagement benchmarks, and overall campaign health.
- Become an expert on program performance and pipeline impact by monitoring key KPIs, identifying insights to inform future targeting, personalization, and budget decisions.
- Report on performance and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
