
Capability Enablement Lead

Are you passionate about helping leaders grow, coach with confidence, and build high-performing teams? CBHS is looking for a Capability Enablement Lead, in its call centres and claims operations areas, to shape the future of leadership development, frontline learning and development and workforce capability in a dynamic, service-focused environment.
This is a role that's evolving with our organisation—blending data, coaching, and innovation to uplift performance and member experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and delivery of just-in-time, AI-enabled learning ecosystems that support real-world performance uplift.
- Coach and support Team Leaders and frontline leaders to build their own coaching capability and confidence.
- Embed structured conversation and coaching frameworks into daily practice, helping leaders shift from managing tasks to developing people.
- Facilitate targeted coaching sessions and learning interventions based on performance data and quality insights.
- Collaborate across teams—including People & Culture, L&D, QA, WFM, and frontline operations—to align learning with business needs and transformation goals.
- Continuously evolve our capability framework, onboarding experience, and learning pathways to meet changing workforce demands.
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business, or Health Management
- Proven experience in operational learning, leadership development, or capability enablement
- Strong coaching capability and experience uplifting leader performance
- Background in contact centre, claims, or service-based industries
- Skilled in digital and blended learning design
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to learning and coaching action
Desirable:
- Experience embedding coaching frameworks or behavioural change programs
- Familiarity with automation, knowledge systems, or AI-enabled learning
- Experience in change or transformation within regulated environments
- Private Health Insurance experience
