**Your Team**:
The team is accountable for the safety and environmental management framework and processes for people and product, to ensure the Group and its brands maintain compliance with laws and regulations. Reducing the complexity of the requirements with an end-to-end mindset the team develop systems, provide training material for internal and external stakeholders, provide judgement, provide assurance and report on the overall status.

**Your Role**:
The following responsibilities for this role include:

- Monitoring legislative changes in Australia and New Zealand that affect key compliance requirements, as well as international trends and voluntary industry standards.
- Researching and building knowledge in product compliance and quality areas and articulating clear conclusions in reports and summary papers.
- Documenting the framework for product compliance and safety.
- Working with the broader product safety and compliance team to develop and document product safety, legal and regulatory compliance requirements.

**About You**:

- Experience in a compliance/safety/quality position for consumer products in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- You are analytical and systematic in your approach.
- Strong research and report writing abilities.
- Knowledge of mandatory and voluntary product standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel and comfort operating across multiple technology platforms.
