From power stations to mining sites, our team designs and fabricates innovative, practical solutions for clients across Australia – all from our base in Nanango.
We're looking for an experiencedMechanical Drafterwho wants more than just a desk job – someone excited to be hands-on in a fast-moving workshop environment and to see their work come to life.
What you'll be doing:
Producing detailed technical drawings, 3D models and specifications using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
Collaborating closely with engineers, fabricators and clients to create practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
Contributing to mechanical engineering projects for industries including power generation and mining
Ensuring designs meet all relevant standards, codes and client requirements
Supporting project planning, problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience in mechanical drafting (manufacturing or workshop background preferred)
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Inventor)
Strong problem-solving skills and technical know-how
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes
Willingness to embrace rural living and contribute to our collaborative, close-knit team
