Lead Commercial Drafter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Drafter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for creative design and leading technology to contribute to the development of Commercial and Industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Competently convey structural information into drawing format which can be interpreted by builders
- Communicate relevant project information as appropriate to project leaders/project team
- Read and understand Engineer's preliminary sketched design, Architect's drawings, Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical engineering drawings
- Coordinate 3D model and/or structural drawings with Architectural, Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical engineering drawings
- Ensure drawings meet codes, standards and regulations
- Minimum 5 years' experience including 3+ years local experience on commercial and industrial projects
- Proficiency in Revit and Autocad
- Experience working on commercial and industrial projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to ensure delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- A sound understanding of, and experience with, online project collaboration programs
- Ability to manage drafting on large projects autonomously
