Water Infrastructure Drafter

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Drafter to specialise in water and wastewater projects. This role will play a key part in delivering civil and mechanical design documentation for infrastructure projects across Queensland, New South Wales and beyond.
Main Responsibilities- Support design and drafting work across civil, mechanical, and structural disciplines for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Prepare process and mechanical design documentation using AutoCAD and 12d Model or Civil3D.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical, cost-effective designs for water and other infrastructure projects.
- Apply skills in designing and detailing water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines and pump stations.
- Utilise software tools to produce accurate drawings and enhance drafting workflows.
- 3–5 years' experience in civil design, ideally in water and wastewater infrastructure.
- A comprehensive understanding of water and sewerage design, including pipelines and pump stations.
- Proficiency in 12d or Civil3D and AutoCAD for infrastructure projects in Australia.
- A willingness to work on diverse projects and learn new technical aspects.
- Effective organisational skills to help manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.
