Are you a puzzle master, multitasking legend, and scheduling whiz? We're looking for YOU—a proactive, detail-loving, fast-paced Casual Scheduler to join our casual pool and help keep calm and roster on
At **Nextt**, we're building a high-performing, centralised Scheduling Team that truly delivers for our clients and support workers. We're on the lookout for flexible, reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are keen to pick up casual shifts with the potential to move into permanent full-time opportunities.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, preferences, and availability.
- Manage rostering updates across multiple regions and services.
- Identify workforce gaps and help drive proactive rostering solutions.
- Work closely with Client Experience Managers to deliver seamless support.
- Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award conditions and rostering standards.
**About You**
- Proven experience in scheduling/rostering, ideally in Disability, Health, or Community Services.
- Super-organised with a sharp eye for detail and time management skills.
- Strong systems skills—familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
- You hold or are willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
