Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Rostering Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff rosters, ensuring seamless service delivery, and providing administrative support.

The successful candidate will have experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination, preferably in the NDIS or healthcare sector. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Roster Management: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date staff rosters, taking into account client needs and staff availability.
  2. Shift Changes: Manage shift changes, replacements, and urgent rostering requirements with minimal disruption to services.
  3. Client Liaison: Liaise with support workers, clients, and families for continuity of care and ensure that all necessary information is shared.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and responding to inquiries from stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination, preferably in the NDIS or healthcare sector.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in rostering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
