Are you an experienced scheduling professional looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Scheduling and Rostering Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne North, South Morang office.

Due to our continued growth, we're seeking a highly skilled scheduling expert to fill a critical role based in our South Morang office in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for participants and staff, ensuring shifts are covered and care needs are met.
  • Effectively manage staff leave requests to ensure sufficient coverage for absences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both staff and participants regarding scheduling matters.
  • Collaborate with care teams to align scheduling with participants' specific needs and preferences.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has strong organizational skills and can manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  • Is detail-oriented and can identify discrepancies in rosters and timesheets.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
