Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in roster management, scheduling, and shift allocation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring rosters, assessing care worker availability, and allocating shifts for nursing and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor rosters according to policies.
  • Assess care worker availability to match client needs.
  • Allocate shifts for nursing and support staff.
  • Communicate with clients regarding staffing requirements.
  • Build relationships with care workers to enhance engagement.

Requirements:

  • Current WWCC, Police Check, and valid NDIS Workers Module.
  • Experience using Nightingale Software or Unicorn.
  • Experience in rostering, recruitment, or scheduling.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of shifts in a fast-paced environment.
