Job Role Overview

This role involves coordinating workforce schedules and managing rostering updates across multiple regions and services.

  • Match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, preferences, and availability.
  • Manage rostering updates across multiple regions and services.
  • Respond promptly to calls, tickets, and emails with professionalism and care.
  • IDentify workforce gaps and help drive proactive rostering solutions.
  • Work closely with Client Experience Managers to deliver seamless support.
  • Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award conditions and rostering standards.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in scheduling/rostering, ideally in Disability, Health, or Community Services.
  • A high degree of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Strong systems skills—familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
