- Match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, preferences, and availability.
- Manage rostering updates across multiple regions and services.
- Respond promptly to calls, tickets, and emails with professionalism and care.
- IDentify workforce gaps and help drive proactive rostering solutions.
- Work closely with Client Experience Managers to deliver seamless support.
- Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award conditions and rostering standards.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in scheduling/rostering, ideally in Disability, Health, or Community Services.
- A high degree of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Strong systems skills—familiarity with Carelink and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
