Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage executive remuneration frameworks.
  • Support the Head of Performance & Reward in preparing Remuneration Reports.
  • Develop and review company and business unit performance scorecards that affect executive remuneration.
  • Implement and communicate Executive and employee share plans.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory remuneration governance requirements.

About You:

  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or Law.
  • Have extensive knowledge of regulatory, legislative, and taxation requirements related to executive remuneration and equity in ASX listed companies.
  • Be able to concisely generate insights from data using strong analytical skills.
  • Understand market trends' implications on remuneration and benefits programs.
