Senior Remuneration Specialist

This critical role plays a pivotal part in the execution and analysis of remuneration and benefits programs. The Senior Reward Analyst will be responsible for contributing to compensation policies, managing remuneration data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies across the organization
- Manage remuneration data, provide reporting, and conduct thorough analysis to ensure accurate execution of reward processes
- Support the management of the annual remuneration review process, including planning, communication, and delivery
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent related field
- Demonstrated success and experience in specialist remuneration or compensation analyst roles
- Strong understanding of salary benchmarking principles and methodologies
- Experience with HRIS systems and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI/ Tableau visualization tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
