Job Title: ICT Service Desk Support Leader

  • Oversee service requests, incidents, and problems to maintain service standards and optimise customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement.

This pivotal role ensures the delivery of exceptional ICT support services to our customers.

The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the Service Support Directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee service requests, incidents, and problems to maintain service standards and optimise customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate closely with SWARH directorates to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  3. Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance data.
