Program Management Role
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead quality assurance operations for our digital twins. In this position, you will oversee offshore contractor teams responsible for QA work, ensuring the last mile of quality and that digital twins are fit for purpose.
You will work closely with engineering to develop workflows that drive quality and speed, leverage data to create transparency, and influence improvements in ML/AI systems powering digital twin creation. This role requires problem-solving across end-to-end digitisation and QA processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contractor Management: Own contractor QA process, set expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics;
- Conduct regular performance reviews;
- Ensure knowledge sharing between teams;
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management or a related field;
- Strong leadership and project management skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of ML/AI systems and digital twin creation processes is desirable.
