Lead Digital UX/CX Designer

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead innovative design and AI projects, working closely with founders and decision-makers.

We are seeking a talented designer who can oversee the entire design process from start to finish, across various industries and projects. You will be at the forefront of AI-driven design, utilising cutting-edge tools to push creative boundaries.

  • Develop strategic designs that align with business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Owning and evolving brand identity across digital, social, tech, and retail touchpoints.
  • Creating high-fidelity mock-ups, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Framer, or Webflow.
  • Designing EDMs, landing pages, and ad creatives for diverse platforms.
  • Conducting UX audits and leading best-practice discussions with C-level stakeholders.
  • Aligning creative output with performance marketing strategies for B2B, D2C, and marketplaces.

You will have the chance to design products and campaigns that actually get built – fast. You will also have access to state-of-the-art AI and design tools, as well as a small, skilled team that genuinely cares about people.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong UI/UX design portfolio with shipped digital products, 3+ years of experience in design, branding, or creative leadership, and mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
