Senior Product Designer (Bangkok – Based, Relocation Provided)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand. This role is based in Bangkok with relocation provided.

About the role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team focused on the core guest experience, turning concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. You will define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
Presenting your work to peers and leadership, both async and in-person
Participating in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings
Thinking and writing about your process and detailing your decisions
Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products/features
Being a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that balance customer needs with business goals
Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces with pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions
Strong UI design experience with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through interfaces
Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience conducting user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights
Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery
Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals
Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines
A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design
Day-to-day activities
