Product Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Design Leader to drive the development and implementation of product design strategies for assigned product areas. This role requires alignment with global design principles, usability, accessibility, and design system standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement product design strategies to ensure seamless user experiences across all products and platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a diverse team of Product Design Leads, Managers, and Senior Designers. Foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, and Design leaders to drive execution and maximize the impact and ROI of design.
  • Design Systems & Consistency: Champion the adoption and evolution of our Design Systems, ensuring consistency and quality across all products and platforms.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and develop design talent, supporting career growth and building a thriving design community.
  • Product Roadmap Influence: Contribute to and help shape product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
  • Performance & Impact: Set and track KPIs for design teams, reporting on performance and business impact.
