Senior Product Designer (Bangkok – Based, Relocation Provided)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand. This role is based in Bangkok with relocation provided.

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team focused on the core guest experience, turning concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. You will define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
• Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
• Presenting your work to peers and leadership, both async and in-person
• Participating in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings
• Thinking and writing about your process and detailing your decisions
• Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products/features
• Being a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that balance customer needs with business goals

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
• Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces with pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions
• Strong UI design experience with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through interfaces
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience conducting user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights
• Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery
• Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
• Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design
