Senior Product Design Director

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Leader to join our team. This role will oversee the design strategy for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with global design principles and usability standards.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading and scaling design teams, as well as driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement product design strategies that meet business goals and user needs.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a diverse team of product designers, including managers and senior designers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, technology, and design leaders to align on strategy and drive execution.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop design talent, supporting career growth and building a thriving design community.
- 10+ years of design and UX leadership experience in high-traffic digital products.
- Proven experience leading and scaling design teams of 30+ people.
- Strong people management, team development, recruiting, and organizational building skills.
- Deep expertise in product design, design systems, and building end-to-end experiences in complex environments.
- Track record of setting vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and aligning teams with business goals.
