Job Title

Product Design Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a product design leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our native apps.

This leadership position involves owning the end-to-end product design lifecycle from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI design. You will conduct user research, synthesise large amounts of data, and craft compelling insights that draw on multiple sources including customer research, desktop research, and data analytics.

  • Owning the end-to-end product design lifecycle from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI design.
  • Conducting user research in a structured way, using empathy to understand user needs and uncover untapped opportunities.
  • Leading co-design workshops, applying Design Thinking methodology to gain alignment around design problems and opportunities.
  • Designing intuitive and visually appealing high fidelity user interfaces for native mobile and web applications that are development-ready in sync with our Agile sprints and timelines.

You will collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand business goals and execute accordingly.

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as User Interface Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Product (UX/UI) Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in design tools Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in design thinking methodologies, human-centered design, or other relevant design frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage designs across multiple products simultaneously.
