
Hotel Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**: Greet and check-in guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
- **Guest Services**: Address guest inquiries, assist with special requests, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Check-out Process**: Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and provide receipts.
- **Reservations**: Manage hotel reservations, confirm bookings, and assist guests with room changes as needed.
- **Communication**: Coordinate with housekeeping and tradesmen to ensure all guests needs are met.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain guest records, prepare reports, and handle cash and credit transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in hotel management software or willingness to learn (training provided).
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Weekend availability, specifically for Saturday shifts.
**Working Hours**:
- Saturday shift
- Additional shifts may be available during the week depending on hotel needs
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $38.70 - $43.31 per hour
