Do you have a love for the hospitality industry, provide outstanding customer service and be a true professional?
We are currently seeking casual positions of Guest Services Agent member to join our team, who are engaged on an as-needed basis and provides for flexibility when rostering.
Reporting to the Gallery Manager, your main responsibility will be to welcome guests, assist with face to face enquiries, reservations and check-ins for the busy restaurant and event venues at Sydney Tower Dining.
You must be a true representative of this fantastic attraction and restaurant destination.
First impressions are very important so we are looking for a bubbly personality and strong customer service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in guests to the appropriate dining venueProcess payments accurately and efficientlyStay informed on current offers, promotions, and venue detailsCollaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth guest flowProvide support and solutions in guest service situationsMaintain an organised and professional front desk areaWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable mannerAbility to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitudeProficiency in computer systems including Microsoft ExcelA reliable team player with strong communication skillsRequirementsValid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateWhy Join Us?
