Investigator and Liaison Officer

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals receiving aged care services, their supporters, and service providers to resolve concerns and drive positive improvements.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complaints through a range of methods including desk-based reviews, conciliation, and site visits
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer-centric outcomes
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks within the caseload through rigorous analysis and interpretation of information
Key Qualifications:
- Hold advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and manage risk
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be an Australian citizen and meet other relevant eligibility requirements
