**Description**:
**Role Key Accountabilities**:
Attend to Emergency Calls and respond as necessary.
Deliver care and support services to clients
Assist with Village Management and Site support as directed

Our Emergency Response Team ensures the SONA ethos is delivered to all our residents / clients / staff / family / external providers. They ensure the Code of Conduct is adhered to, to ensure a happy, professional, positive and fun atmosphere exists, which nurtures the team and establish constructive relationships with colleagues while also managing to embrace and mentor new employees in an open and welcoming way. They are at the forefront of our quality workplace health and safety programs and compliance, with stated procedures, to offer optimal customer service.

We are looking for someone who can deliver resident services as measured by formal and informal resident feedback, reports by peers and supervisors and someone who meets all the education requirements of the position. You will be happy to provide operational support to Ballycara as directed by our Village Manager which is measured by your willingness to participate and our feedback system. It would be a bonus if you can identify opportunities for cost savings across the Village environment and can submit those to our Village Manager.

Your business performance will be identified by the operational support you are able to provide to our Assistant Village Manager.

You will be working with a team who is vital to the well being of the Residents in our Village and because of this, we need you to be able to work together as a team, always be on time and punctual for start of shifts and team meetings, functions and any events that you might be required to attend.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**We are looking for someone who can**:

- Work well with a team
- Has the ability to follow directives
- Clear communication skills, including one on one, electronic and in emergency situations
- Problem solving skills
- Something that is part of you, just being kind and compassionate
- We also need some learned skills, including having a minimum of a Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver's Licence
- COVID vaccination and ability to have flu vaccination when advised

We will need any successful applicants to have a Police Check and satisfactory Citizenship outcome using our credentialing provider.
