A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Emergency Response Officer to join our dynamic team within a leading transport company's inbound customer service control centre. This pivotal role is central to providing high-level, real-time fleet coordination and customer support in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

We are seeking applicants with prior call center or dispatch experience who thrive under pressure, have strong problem-solving skills, and can confidently handle high-volume phone-based service and fleet control tasks.

Shifts Available:

  • 4 Days on / 4 Days off rotating roster (24-hour operation) with the possibility of 4 Nights on / 4 Nights off rotating roster.

Handling high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency

Dispatch & fleet control – liaising with drivers and ensuring seamless operations

Accurate data entry & computer literacy to manage customer bookings and fleet movements

Providing real-time problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-moving environment

Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workplace

To Be Successful, You Must Have:

Proven experience in a call center, dispatch, or fleet control environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

High attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities

Must be able to obtain a police clearance and undertake an integrity check

A positive team-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Full Australian working rights

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call centre, dispatch, or fleet control environment

Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
