The RoleAs an Emergency Response Officer, you will need to be flexible and willing to work 24/7, covering early morning shifts, weekends, public holidays, and callouts. Your duties will include patient assessments, delivering high-quality care, and maintaining policy and procedure knowledge. Additional responsibilities will include completing vehicle and equipment checks, timely completion of Patient Care Records, and complying with state road laws and regulations for emergency and non-emergency patient transport.
You will also be required to perform other tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Qualifications and Experience- A Certificate 3 in Non-Emergency Patient Transport or higher;
- A Diploma of Paramedical Science or equivalent qualification;
- Current First Aid and CPR certification;
Candidates must possess a satisfactory National Police Check, a full WA Drivers Licence, and a current Working with Children Check. A satisfactory driving history report and full immunisation history, including COVID and influenza vaccination, are also mandatory. Flexibility to work out of surrounding branches and adaptability to varying shift times are essential.
