Due to growth my client is seeking a Salary Packaging Relationship Manage to ensure positive ongoing client relationships as well as maximum exposure of products and services to employees & increase the volume and profitability under management to reach company objectives and targets

**Some responsibilities, however, not limited to**
- Regularly review all customers fleet through effective reporting and seek opportunities to reduce costs through increased fleet optimisation
- Manage ongoing customer retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and optimise their product adoption
- Identify opportunities for adoption, licence growth and the roll out of other key projects
- Customer Development & Retention
- Risk Management - policy & procedure
- Point of escalation for your customers
- Conducting on-site education activities as required

**A little bit about you**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships at senior corporate level
- In-depth knowledge of the Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing Industry
- Tertiary qualifications in related field - preferred but not essential
