Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Professional to lead our HR agenda, drive business decisions, and spearhead company restructuring.
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies ensuring compliance with regulations and informing employees of their rights and responsibilities.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), craft job descriptions, and assist with organizational transformations.
- Counsel managers on employee performance and development, and design employee induction programs.
- Oversee all hiring activities with line managers and the Recruitment Coordinator.
- Support employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and rewards initiatives.
- Produce HR and payroll reports for the executive team and advise on legislative changes, workforce planning, and skills development.
- Manage Fair Work-related matters and general Industrial Relations (IR) and Employment Relations (ER) issues.
Candidate Profile:
We require a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in IR and ER knowledge, including Award Interpretation and Enterprise Agreements. A dynamic leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is essential for this role.
