Job Overview

The role of Remuneration Specialist is a pivotal one, involving the planning and execution of day-to-day reward operations. As a key member of the team, you will act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both the annual remuneration review and job framework-related processes.

You will report directly to an experienced Reward Director and work closely with other Reward and HR colleagues to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement remuneration strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of reward operations.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience advising HR Business Partners and be able to make informed decisions when exceptions arise.

Experience with SuccessFactors and KFHG job evaluation methodology is desirable but not essential.
