Your suitability for this role will be assessed against how you/your: - Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in writing for different mediums and delivering efficient change and communication support by responding flexibly and understanding how the work of the team supports organisational goals. Ability to connect and develop genuine relationships across all areas of the business to meet stakeholder needs and support employee engagement, whilst delivering on daily and weekly commitments in a fast paced and complex organisation. Actively working to understand change and communication requirements of the organisation and using initiative to generate content and contribute to projects and activities. Take responsibility for accurate completion of work in a fast-paced team environment, handling multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities. Readily share knowledge and experience, acting as a coach, mentor, role-model and sounding board for others.
