Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, 6 HEVD will be The Rocks' latest prestigious steakhouse that will be known for its commitment to providing customers with a journey over time through premium dining. Simple and honest food, inspired by seasonality.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Allocate and monitor all reservations and manage the door during service periods
- Maximise seating times and allocations through multi tasking and great communication between the management team
- Responsible for processing financial transactions and closing procedures as per company standard
- Manage the function process end to end - exceptional communication skills both external and internal
- Work alongside the management and kitchen team to deliver a high level of customer service
- An understanding of up to date reservation systems and working with loyalty programs, vouchers and gift cards
- Impeccable presentation, grooming and communication standards
- Willingness to undergo further on the job training
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
