**About the role**

Reporting to our Assistant Services Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the Car Park area and operations.

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will assist:

- Resolving customer queries ensuring a positive customer satisfaction
- Supervising all staff & assisting with recruitment, training & development
- Building a guest focus culture within your team

**About You**
- Previous supervisory experience in guest service roles is desirable
- Previous experience in guest service role in advantageous
- Passionate in hospitality & delivering guest excellence
- Ability to encourage a positive working environment across the team
