We are actively recruiting for a IAM Technical Consultant. You will belong to an exciting team responsible for delivering both IAM and Application Integration projects to our highly valued clients based here in Perth. Our existing team members are strong in both IAM and Integration domains leveraging our existing partnerships (Sailpoint, Saviynt, and Oracle), and integration partnerships (MuleSoft, Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, and Boomi).
As the team is diverse across both IGA and Integration domains, we will also provide the successful individual with the ability to broaden their skillsets with Application Integration if they wish. This provides an excellent opportunity working with a fun team across leading vendor products delivering quality results to clients.
Our team is looking for a proven self-starter with the ability to problem solve, communicate, and participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers and colleagues.

**Skills**:

- A minimum of 2 years Identity Management Consultancy experience
- Good general understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
- Sailpoint, Saviynt, or Oracle IAM experience
- Excellent client facing experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Documentation skills
- Experience with Programming and database skills e.g. SQL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate technical details in a clear, understandable manner to multiple levels of an organization.
- Customer-focused with a strong interest in client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of IAM Technical Consultant on all SailPoint, Saviynt, or Oracle related technologies from a deployment perspective.
- Act as supporting deployment engineer to the team lead and solution architect.
- Provide troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.
- Perform IAM deployment related activities on projects
- Ensure requirements gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented are implemented within the IAM system
- Participate in configuration and deployment activities - connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration
- Design, implement, and educate on IAM build processes, code migration, and source control use
- Unit Test plans are documented and executed as part of developer testing
- Participate in and/or Lead User Acceptance Testing bug-related re-engineering efforts
- Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support activities, as necessary
