Key Identity Management Role

The successful candidate will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and security professionals, ensuring that IAM initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver tangible value.

This role is ideal for an analytical individual with strong communication skills, who can effectively explain complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and security professionals to understand IAM requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements and elicit stakeholder feedback.
  • Document and analyse existing IAM processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate complex IAM processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IAM solutions.
  • Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive requirements.
  • Evaluate the potential business impact of IAM-related changes, including new technologies, policy updates, and process improvements.
  • Assess the associated risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maximize benefits.
