We are seeking a senior-level Information Security professional to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) security architecture efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IAM solutions that align with industry best practices.

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Cyber IAM Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our security organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our IAM security architecture.

Key responsibilities
  • IAM Solution Design: Architect and design IAM solutions (MFA, RBAC, SSO) aligned with security best practices.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct IAM risk assessments, design mitigation strategies, and lead compliance efforts.
  • Talent Development: Provide guidance and mentoring to project teams and junior security staff.
  • Technology Advancement: Stay across emerging IAM technologies, threats, and standards.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in IAM security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT), and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA). Experience with IAM platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping) and SOAR tools, SIEM systems, scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
