Delta Laboratories is a highly successful, family-owned business located in Somersby. It has been a prominent Central Coast business for 20 years. Delta employs over 120 staff across various disciplines and regularly encourages internal promotion and development.

**Description**:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, we are currently seeking an experienced CAPA/CI Lead. The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate CAPA and business process improvement projects requiring a high level of technical/quality/process analysis skills. To provide tactical support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure that business processes are proactively managed and coordinated so the business continually improves.

**Key responsibility of the role include**:
Manage the CAPA/Investigation system.
Actively lead investigations and root cause analysis.
Drive and mentor a cross functional team in the implementation of process optimisation, correction, or process capability changes.
Driving projects for continuous improvement and streamlining current processes.
Delivering quality improvement strategies.
Regularly report on the performance of corrective and preventative actions.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Bachelor Degree of Science or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality or technical role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and technical report writing skills.
Exceptional working knowledge of cGMP, Quality Systems and product manufacturing principles.
Previous experience in TGA/APVMA facilities.
Outstanding communication and people influencing skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A process improvement mindset, resilience, and perseverance to follow things through to the end coupled with high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the business and engage them in the development and execution of strategies.
See the big picture and think strategically.
Comfortable navigating the unknown
Decisive in decision making.
Fast learner.
