Our quality management system is aligned to ACIA (industry leading framework) and we are ACIS provisionally certified, which provide us the foundation to deliver complex supports.

**The Role**:
Due to experiencing significant growth, we are currently looking for a Quality Associate to support the National Quality and Risk Manager in driving quality management.

This role will be on a full-time basis from Monday - Friday. We also offer a competitive annual salary, lucrative bonus structure and career advancement opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and improve existing quality process documents to ensure operational compliance
- Assist with the internal audit programme including conducting audits and manage Corrective and Preventative Action plans (CAPAs)
- QMS administration including document and change control, complaints, risk management
- Work closely with other departments to maintain compliance to the QMS including observation follow-up
- Assist in driving adherence to the QMS and other regulatory standards

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Experience in utilising quality system processes (such as Audit, CAPA, Change Control)
- Good experience in implementing SOPs
- Analytical and attention to detail
- Administrative and people skills
