Job Description
- **The Client**

A global company who participates in providing software to businesses to organise their data. This is done through the combination of planning, analytics, financial reporting and business intelligence.

Their clients can understand data without requiring IT help. Overall, the aim of the company is to assist organisations to maximise their financial performance.

You will be working in a diverse and unique team responsible for address customers' technical and configuration concerns.

**Duties & Requirements**
- Resolving cases relating to changes and environments to client environments so that the end-user is satisfied.
- Solving complex and escalated cases from Support Analysts so they can be trained on how to resolve problems.

**On Offer**

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years' experience monitoring and managing systems.
- Querying with SQL and scripting with VB, command line and Powershell.
- Can deliver SQL codes through ETL/nested queries, stored procedures, data mapping, data cleansing.
- Confident in using Windows Networks and Domains.
