Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a member of the Tech group you will:
? Expand your professional network and develop strong business relationships across the NSW market.
? Lead your own business development initiatives, with our loyal client base and new clients.
? Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in your area of Tech specialisation.
? Deliver end-to-end talent solutions for clients across various industries.
? Stay informed about market trends and provide consultative insights.
? Participate in company events, networking activities, CSR initiatives, and community engagement opportunities.

What we're looking for:
360-Degree Recruitment Experience (3+ years) - with expertise in both client and candidate management. Experience in Tech recruitment is a plus or
Tech/B2B/Consultative Sales Experience (3+ years) - looking to leverage your sales acumen in a people-focused, financially rewarding career surrounded by likeminded individuals.

A strong track record in business development and relationship management.
