The role requires a customer-oriented approach, great communication and team work, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact to assist customers in person or by phoneDetermine customer needs and communicate with the service departmentOrganise and follow up on our guests' vehicles during the course of the dayLiaise with service department to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely mannerFollow all required WHS policies and proceduresBehave in line with company values at all timesSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar automotive role is desirableFriendly approach and professional presentationStrong communication and organisational skillsKnowledge of the automotive industryAble to work in a fast paced environmentSound computer literacySelf-motivated, punctual and reliableWork full time over a 9-day fortnight & condensed work daysSame weekday off each fortnightGenerous base salary + bonus schemeValues driven culture and supportive environmentSA's No.1
