About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, punctual, and well-presented Service Advisor to join our team in Regency Park. This is a casual position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Prior mechanical or workshop experience is highly regarded. Reliability, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are essential.

You may also be required to confidently and independently close the workshop at the end of the day, ensuring all shut-down procedures are followed accurately.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a warm, courteous manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
  • Assisting customers with booking mechanical repairs and servicing
  • Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, and supply management
  • Liaising with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service
  • Keeping the reception and office area clean, organised, and presentable
  • Carrying out end-of-day close procedures for the workshop, including securing the premises and finalising outstanding tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service role; workshop or mechanical background preferred
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, for managing calendars, emails, and scheduling
  • A professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service
  • Neat personal presentation, professionalism, and punctuality are essential
  • Reliable and able to follow through with tasks and commitments consistently
  • Capable and confident in closing the workshop independently at the end of the day
