Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to administer support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan, including Review Management and preparation of Client Review and Plan Presentation Packs.

  • Partner with other Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service for clients.
  • Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in Xplan and preparation of advice documents & forms.
  • Manage regulatory obligations, including Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer all support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan

- Partner with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service

- Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation

- Manage regulatory obligations and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- 2 years' minimum experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Experience using Xplan

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical, and privacy guidelines

- Strong communication skills

- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
