**Administration Officer / Office Manager**
We are a facility services company based in Croydon South and are currently seeking **TWO part-time Office Assistants** to join our small, dedicated team. We are flexible on hours, with positions offering 15-20 hours per week, and can tailor the hours to suit your needs. We are also open to the possibility of creating **ONE full-time** position for the right applicant.
**Position Overview**: As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, while supporting the sustainable growth of our business. Your responsibilities will range from general administration tasks to bookkeeping, accounts management, and assisting both office and field staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Management**: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- **Stock Control**: Manage inventory, place orders, invoice orders, and track stock levels.
- **Payroll and Compliance**: Process payroll, superannuation, IAS, BAS, etc.
- **Client Account Management**: Provide support to clients and assist with account management.
- **General Admin Support**: Assist the small management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- **Database Management**: Ensure all customer records are up to date in the company's CRM and database systems.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office administration, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Xero** accounting software and **MS Office** suite is essential.
- Knowledge of **Zoho CRM** is beneficial, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Self-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Reliability and trustworthiness in managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks in a small team environment.
