**Your role**
- We are seeking an experienced **Scheduling Officer** to join our amazing team, based in **Butler or Joondalup** on a 12-month contract, full-time hours.
- Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Plan, organise and schedule appointments between customers and clinicians
- Utilise customised scheduling software and your superior analytical skills to set up, modify and maintain the scheduling of appointments for clinical teams
- Work as part of the larger scheduling function to ensure scheduling for the entire business is completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information held on the scheduling system
- Effectively communicate with possible demanding internal and external customers to diffuse conflict
- Resolve appointment conflicts for clinicians and customers in a time efficient manner
- Provide assistance with caseload planning as required
- Previous scheduling experience, ideally within the allied health, NDIS or disability support sector
- Be a customer-centric Individual focusing on delivering extraordinary service
- Analytical problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritisation tasks
- A sense of responsibility and ownership of your role and responsibilities
- High attention to detail
