**About the role**:
We are working with a leading global company in Derrimut Reporting to the HR Director, this position is ideal for someone looking for the next step in their HR career, and tasks will range from employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, remuneration strategy and employee engagement. You will be required to travel to different sites and Sydney at times.

You will be a natural people person and you will be able to comfortably deal with a range of issues whilst being approachable, flexible, resourceful, and adaptable.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Managing relationships with different stakeholders and leaders across the business, with different needs, motivations, and opinions.
- Rolling out strategies and training operationally
- Ensuring the adherence with compliance with all existing government legislations and requirements including fair work and unions
- Develop and ensure successful implementation of the company's policies, and procedures
- Drive and influence the cultural and people aspects of organisational change
- Contribute to ongoing continuous business improvement
- Supporting the talent management succession planning processes
- Coaching and mentoring managers and frontline leaders on workplace relations issues
- Assist with effective implementation of HR projects
- Adhoc tasks

**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:

- Tertiary qualified in HR or a related discipline
- Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and legislation
- Proven HR experience partnering in a complex business, preferably in a multi-site operation
- Demonstrated credibility as a trusted business partner and employee advocate
- High degree of professionalism and strong attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work to deadlines and have a can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
